Canadian Asphalt Maintenance is a full-service commercial asphalt maintenance company servicing all of Southern Ontario.
In 2012, CAM started as a residential driveway sealing company in Hamilton Ontario. Within a few years we developed an expertise in commercial asphalt maintenance spurring our expansion of asphalt services to include: parking lot seal coating, line painting, crack routing, asphalt patching, and pavement crack sealing. Completing projects as small as residential driveways to as large as industrial parking lots, our services are professional and diverse.
Our commercial asphalt success in Southern Ontario caught the attention of Nationwide company Canadian Property Stars and in 2021 we were acquired creating a powerful partnership to better serve our expanding territory and service offerings.
Our CPS-CAM partnership has enabled our operation to efficiently and effectively service commercial, industrial, institutional, and public asphalt maintenance projects all over the GTA and Southern Ontario from our Hamilton and North York commercial terminals.

In order to maintain and prolong the lifespan of your asphalt, it is important to take the necessary steps needed to protect it from natural deterioration. The first line of defense against untimely deterioration is to have the pavement cracks professionally sealed.
This prevents water from penetrating the surface of the asphalt. The next step is to have the asphalt seal coated. The asphalt sealant rehydrates the asphalt making it more flexible, allowing it to expand and contrast without cracking.
There is also an increased visual appeal when having the asphalt seal coated. If it is a parking lot surface, the next step would be to have it line painted. Having a well-striped parking lot creates safer and more efficient property.
