Pavement Crack Filling

Sealing cracks in your asphalt will prevent water from seaping through the surface and washing away key components of the base. Leaving the cracks unsealed will cause costly repaving repairs in the future.

We make sure that no more water can penetrate your asphalt through the cracks by sealing it with hot rubberized crack filler. The cracks are first power cleaned of all dirt and debris to ensure the rubber can adhere to the asphalt.

Once the cracks are cleaned and dried, the hot rubberized crack filler is applied. Once applied and smoothened, the rubberized filler needs only 10 minutes dry time before ready for vehicle traffic.
